I am an Associate Professor of Japanese in the Modern Languages School at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
I gained a Bachelor’s degree in Interculutral Communication from the International Christian University in 1979, a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication from University of Pittsburgh in 1982, and a Ph.D in Communication and Second Language Application from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995. I have been at Georgia Tech since 1994.
